Wenn ich an Schokolade denke, fällt mir immer gleich die Kombination von weißer Schokolade und Himbeeren ein. Diese Torte vereint zarte weisse Kakaobutter mit knusprigen Schokoladenstücken zu einem köstlichen Straciatella Swirl. Das ganze wird getragen von einer Schicht aus fermentierten Himbeeryoghurt. Ich liebe pink und ich liebe diese Torte weil sie so herrlich romantisch ist!
I love many different types of fruits and ingredients that combine well with chocolate. However, raspberry is defintely my favorite. This raw vegan white chocolate straciatella cake is a decadent double layer tart with one layer of zesty fermented raspberry Yoghurt, followed by a creamy white chocolate crisp layer. Enjoy and share this cake on a rainy day, pefect for autumn and winter times! I shared mine with friends because – to me – desserts are a form of love, and so is Chocolate!
